BENTon homes works on the theory that less can actually be more and that is why we offer the “BENTon Basic” Range of modular designed homes to suit the M.4.C. Supplied wall panel system, a great start in reducing the cost of building homes, these Homes and buildings come on a range of sizes and layouts and are available as site builds or in relocatable formEX our Huntly Facility.
ArchitecTural designed
An Architectural Design Service is available for those who would like to build a home/ building outside of the standard BENTon HOMES plans and we encourage our prospective and existing clients to bring in their ideas and conceptual drawings for our Professional Architect to advise. Please note that a concept scan and advice is a free service to the client, Architect engagement to design and mediate incurs costs.

Advantages of using the Mega 4 Wall Panel System
The Mega 4 supplied wall panel system is essentially an internal and external wall panel in one, separated by internal webbing and comes pre-insulated with an R2,4 value, the panels are manufactured in 100,
150, and 200 mm thicknesses and are internationally code marked for multi level construction. There is no timber framing in the wall cavity and once standing is a complete wall with no external cladding or internal gibb lining required, hence a saving in costs.
Most services drop down through the wall cavities and no flush boxes are required for the switch panels which screw straight to the wall, in other words the electrician does not spend hours of time drilling noggs and fitting flush boxes to route electrical cables, another cost saving.
The homes and Buildings, whether factory built and transported or site built units are erected by accredited wall panel installers and once the panels are standing the following construction method is as per normal.
Commercial New Builds
The building concept with the Mega 4 Construction supplied wall panel system is the same for the Commercial building as it is for the housing, and therefore means anything is possible with imagination and budget being the only two restricting factors.
