Our transportable homes and buildings, are factory built and then transported on site.
The BENTon Homes Basic 60 is a 2 bedroom Transportable home constructed at our Huntly facility with all the usual creature comforts you would expect in a larger home with the added advantage of being able to place the unit on a section as a ancillary unit or second dwelling, making it the ideal proposition for ageing parents who want to be close to family with out the maintenance issues of their own home or settle in to a retirement home.
All BENTon homes are built with wheel chair access doors and wet area showers are available on request. With dependable Tenants they are a good rental proposition also.
Your input in the design and layout is welcomed and custom builds are possible with the engagement of a suitably qualified Architect/engineer.
Transportable Homes Constructed at our Huntly Facility can be Trucked to almost anywhere in the North Island of New Zealand, with cost and house size being the prohibitive factors.
